Remedies:

Anemia –For all anemic states.

Arnica - For all traumatic injuries, bruises, falls, concussion, blows, muscle-pains, stitches under false rib, overexertion, restlessness from being overtired, hot head and cold body.

Bleeding –To stop bleeding from cuts, injuries, nosebleeds, wounds.

Bloating – All bloated conditions.

Calming – Any over-excitement, nerves, tense environment, prior to exciting events, stress, apprehension, grief.

Combination 12 – Schüssler’s Tissue Salts. For immune system enhancement, feeling ‘out of sorts’, during stress and grief situations, use as prevention for illness and speedy recovery after.

Cold/Catarrh – Watery discharge from nose and eyes, sneezing, start as soon as first symptoms appear.

Constipation – All constipation .

Cough –For most coughs

Diarrhoea – Watery stools from bad water, bad food, tummy-bugs.
