Remedies:
Arnica - For all traumatic injuries, bruises, falls, concussion, blows, muscle-pains, stitches under false rib, overexertion, restlessness from being overtired, hot head and cold body.
Bleeding –To stop bleeding from cuts, injuries, nosebleeds, wounds.
Calming – Any over-excitement, nerves, tense environment, prior to exciting events, stress, apprehension, grief.
Combination 12 – Schüssler’s Tissue Salts. For immune system enhancement, feeling ‘out of sorts’, during stress and grief situations, use as prevention for illness and speedy recovery after.
Common Cold – Sneezing, watery discharge from nose and eyes, start as soon as you feel a cold coming on.
Constipation – This often happens in a new place. Eat more fibers, less sweets.
Cough –For most coughs
Diarrhoea – Watery stools from bad water, bad food, tummy-bugs.
Drawing – All morbid conditions, holds infection and draws, mucus in sinus, tonsils, ears, abscesses, boils, carbuncles, splinters that infected, hastens suppuration.
Fear – Any fearful conditions, dentist visits, apprehensions, exams etc.
Fever & Infection – For all fevers. Give when there is any type of infection within or outside the body.
Flu Pack – Use as soon as you feel the flu coming on.
Gastro Mix – Gastric flu, all acute gastric conditions, inflammations, infections of the gastric tract, continuous vomiting, vomiting with fever, food poisoning, colic, gastric cramps of influenza, nausea, gastralgia, diarrhea, ‘tummy-bugs’.
Injury – Any injury that has just happened, cuts, abrasions, grazes, after surgery, works on nerves, ligaments cartilage, wounds, hemorrhage, overstrain.
Pain – Any pain on or in the body, also for low pain threshold.
Paramedic Rescue – All accidents, injury, shock, stroke, any reaction due to an emotional state, sudden drop in energy.
Sting & Bites – Any insect bites or stings, bites of snakes or animals, mosquitoes, wasps, bees.
Throat – Infected, inflamed, sore throat.
Vomiting – To ease symptoms of vomiting.
