How many to buy?

The following page explains how many sheets to buy.

Rule of thumb for remedies is 3 x per day.

If you cut the remedy sheet according to the diagram below, you should get about 24 pieces of the remedy. If the remedy is be taken 3 x per day, then 1 sheet will last 8 days. Simple math 24 divided by 3 = 8 (8 days).

If the remedy is to be taken more times per day e.g. 6 x per day, then 1 sheet will last 4 days. Simple math 24 divided by 6 = 4 (4 days)
